I plan to design a website for a commercial janitorial company. The main goal of the website will be twofold:
1) to function as a marketing tool for potential customers, including information/background/experience about the company, services/programs/products offered, and contact links to request information/estimates.
2) To interface between the company and existing customers for the purpose of customer service such as payments, reporting issues/complaints, purchasing products.
